Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I access or download my year end giving statement or see my giving history?

    1. After you log onto the Member Portal, click on Giving to see your history online.
    2. To print your giving history, select the “Settings” icon and choose Filter to identify the giving dates, then select Submit.
    3. Select the “Settings” icon again and choose Print.  The system will generate a PDF file containing your giving history.
  • I am having difficulty accessing my account.  How do I obtain help?

    Call the Church Office at (202) 667-1377 x205, during business hours, and speak with the Director of Operations for assistance.



  1. Select ATTENDANCE
  2. Select the appropriate group > *Check-in – Worship Services – Morning
  3. The individuals with an active record are listed.  Tap their name to mark them present.  You can also type the individuals name in the “SEARCH PEOPLE” field.
  4. If someone is not in the database or not a member of that group, click on the +ADD VISITOR option (bottom right), search for their name.  If they do not appear in the list, click on the PLUS in the upper right corner. Select ADD VISITOR (PLACEHOLDER) and type the individuals First and Last Name.  Then select SAVE.
  5. Use the <BACK option in the upper left corner to return to the list of individuals.
  6. Select SAVE (in the upper right corner) to make sure entries you’ve made are saved.
